Any discussion or negotiation of my donation request during our date is offensive, and will result in me terminating immediately.

Our time together starts from the moment we meet. If you wish to extend our time together, please be prepared to do so.

If you have any requests (example; scent sensitivity, etc.) Please send me an e-mail prior to our date. I will do my very best to grant your request(s) within reason.

Please ensure you are showered within the hour before our date. You are welcome to use my Incall to shower or freshen up!

Cancellation-I require 72 hrs cancellation, deposit is applied to your next appt. Less than 72hrs will require the entire amount of the date and will also be applied to your next appt. Dont' Pay? You will no longer be able to book with me, nor will I suggest you to friends.

Deposits are only refundable if I cancel and are due at the time of request. For my remaining rate cash or Bitcoin is preferred. Electronic payments are only accepted with a 20% surcharge if utilized to pay the remaining in person balance, the only exception being credit card. Please pay your remaining balance in cash. Electronic payments for final balances are up to my discretion.

If I cancel you for non-bad behavior you will be refunded unless you reschedule. You won’t be refunded if I cancel because you are acting a fool/breaking rules/endangering me.

Deposits are 20% of the full date amount, 50% for FMTY

Incalls are always hosted in a centralized location of a business/shopping/downtown district. This includes touring.

If early check-in is not available for your early incall appointment and two hotels nights are needed to accommodate then you must pay for that.

Outcalls preferred at 4+ Star hotels.

Outcalls to homes are up to my discretion and not to married men or communal living homes ever. You need to be single with no one elsewhere. This is a case by case basis and you may still need to get a hotel. Outcalls to private homes are for frequent friends, first time friends will need a hotel.

3 Hour plus dates require dinner/lunch/and or breakfast. Im a hungry girl and honestly no fun if I havent been fed.

All overnights and longer are outcall only and require dinner, breakfast, lunch depending on date length.

Sleep required for overnight dates. Trust me... no one wants a cranky breakfast partner.

Separate beds and suites are appreciated for overnights, I sleep better when I am relaxed, and to be honest... I snore.

Overnights plus require my own space for time to get ready and for relaxation. This is so I have access to the hotel if you are not around even for five minutes. I do not add my name to your hotel reservation ever. I will sleep in your room but for legality purposes I need access to my own room in case of lost key, door jams, elevator, etc. If you do not want to do this do not book an overnight.
