Life happens… I totally get that. But here’s how I keep things fair, respectful, and drama-free for both of us:

• Need to cancel? I require at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be applied to a future date.
• Cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice? The full date amount is still due and will be applied to your next appointment.
• No-show or ghost me? You’ll be blocked from booking again — and no, I won’t be recommending you to my friends either.
• Reschedules must happen at least one week in advance, and the new date must be within one month of the original appointment — otherwise, it’s considered a cancellation.
• If I cancel (for non-behavioral reasons) you’ll be refunded, unless you choose to reschedule.
• If I cancel because of bad behavior, broken boundaries, or disrespect? No refund. Period.

Deposits are only refundable if I cancel and are due at the time of request. For my remaining rate cash is preferred. Please pay your remaining balance in cash. Electronic payments for final balances are at my discretion.

Deposits are:

• 20% for standard dates
• 50% for FMTY

Incalls are always hosted in a centralized location of a business/shopping/downtown district. This includes touring.

If early check-in is not available for your early incall appointment and two hotel nights are needed to accommodate, then you must pay for that.

Outcalls preferred at 4+ star hotels.

Outcalls to homes are up to my discretion and not to married men or communal living homes ever. You need to be single with no one elsewhere. This is a case-by-case basis and you may still need to get a hotel.
Outcalls to private homes are for frequent friends — first time friends will need a hotel.

• Please have your donation ready and visible when I arrive — it sets the tone beautifully and ensures we can start off on the right note.
• Public meet? A gift bag or greeting card is the perfect discreet way to present it. (Trust me, it’s never sexy when I have to ask.)
• Any attempts to negotiate or question my donation during our time together are deeply disrespectful — and I will end the date immediately, no exceptions.
• Our time begins the moment we meet. If you’d like to extend, be prepared to handle that in advance or discreetly during.
• Have a request (like scent sensitivities, specific vibes, etc.)? Email me before our date and I’ll do my best to accommodate — within reason, of course 🖤
• Please be freshly showered within the hour before we meet. If we’re at my incall, you’re more than welcome to freshen up here before we begin.

I’m a total sucker for snacks — it’s one of the fastest ways to my heart. If you bring me something tasty, trust me… I’ll remember you. I’m a foodie at heart, and anything I can feed you with my fingers? Even better 😘

While I’m not a big drinker, I do enjoy a sweet white wine or a smooth whiskey every now and then — feel free to surprise me.

If we’re spending 3 hours together, a snack is a must (we’ve got to keep our energy up, after all).
4+ hour dates require a meal — whether it’s an upscale dinner, a cozy dive bar, or takeout on the couch. I love casual settings where we can truly relax and enjoy each other.

We can stay in, order room service, or pick up Taco Bell in our pajamas — I’m all about good food and great vibes.

I am 420 friendly. If you’d like to bring something with you, that’s fine, as long as it’s an unopened, distributor-sealed cartridge. If you’d like flower (depending on accommodations) or edibles, please contact me. I can bring them along for $10 a serving. (Either store-bought or I make a DAMN good brownie.)

I am not friendly to any other kinds of substances… please do not bring them.
